I've done an intense upper body workout on Thursday and plan to work on my lower body today in the gym. Afterwards I plan to hit the park for an hour or two of basketball.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My leg workout will mostly be leg pressing and squat jumps with 25 pound dumbbells in my hands. I plan to use lighter weight for my leg press because I am training for&amp;nbsp;explosiveness&amp;nbsp;and not more muscles on my leg... Which I believe will slow me down.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I will also maybe work on my biceps and triceps a little, simply because I want to make them bigger ASAP. Not to intense, just a little lifting to make sure it get's worked out a bit as well. I might also do a few lateral pull downs and of course chin ups and pull ups.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I plan to do different types of jumps, in order to work on my vertical leap. Although I don't know some of the exercises and workouts they have listed, I'm sure I can always Google.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I've printed out the Novice Plyometrics program and the strength training program that focuses more on strength. I figured I'd choose the strength over balanced because I can use some muscles and of course strength. I'm so excited! Can't wait to hit the gym today and work out. But today, I plan to work on my biceps and triceps only though. This is because I have basketball at like 6:45 till 7:30. Tomorrow I shall hit the gym and pay more attention to my lower body.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Oh yeah before I forget to mention it. I am doing strength also because in basketball, I play center. I am the most undersized center usually, unless the other team doesn't even have a "center". Instead, I plan to go to the weight room and lift some weights.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm thinking of only focusing on my biceps and triceps. I want to make my arm look bigger and of course be stronger. I would do about 3 x 10 reps of curls (I think they're called) with 25 pound dumbbells. I will then do some bench press with 25 pounds in either side.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I do not plan to work on my leg. That's going to be for Thursday, with Friday being my off day to play basketball. I was barley given the ball because my team doesn’t think I’m the first scoring option. The last game, I could have blocked the gaming winning layup made by the other team but I was unfocused.
