Basketball related Leg Workout and free play

Today is Saturday!

I'm happy today because I hit the gym again. I've done an intense upper body workout on Thursday and plan to work on my lower body today in the gym. Afterwards I plan to hit the park for an hour or two of basketball.

My leg workout will mostly be leg pressing and squat jumps with 25 pound dumbbells in my hands. I plan to use lighter weight for my leg press because I am training for explosiveness and not more muscles on my leg... Which I believe will slow me down.

I will also maybe work on my biceps and triceps a little, simply because I want to make them bigger ASAP. Not to intense, just a little lifting to make sure it get's worked out a bit as well. I might also do a few lateral pull downs and of course chin ups and pull ups.

I plan to do different types of jumps, in order to work on my vertical leap. But I will keep them to minimum because I will be playing basketball afterwards.
