So I've just got the vertical jump bible and I can't wait to get started. Although I don't know some of the exercises and workouts they have listed, I'm sure I can always Google.
I've printed out the Novice Plyometrics program and the strength training program that focuses more on strength. I figured I'd choose the strength over balanced because I can use some muscles and of course strength. I'm so excited! Can't wait to hit the gym today and work out. But today, I plan to work on my biceps and triceps only though. This is because I have basketball at like 6:45 till 7:30. Tomorrow I shall hit the gym and pay more attention to my lower body.
Oh yeah before I forget to mention it. I am doing strength also because in basketball, I play center. I am the most undersized center usually, unless the other team doesn't even have a "center". I lost a lot of weight, so I am not as big as I used to be.
