I'm thinking of only focusing on my biceps and triceps. I want to make my arm look bigger and of course be stronger. I would do about 3 x 10 reps of curls (I think they're called) with 25 pound dumbbells. I will then do some bench press with 25 pounds in either side.
I do not plan to work on my leg. That's going to be for Thursday, with Friday being my off day to play basketball. Then Saturday will be another workout day when I will work on both my upper and lower body parts, maybe going lighter with lower body because I do not want to burn off my legs.
